If you can dream it, we can build it. We maintain control throughout the design and construction process to ensure that your residence is built to the highest quality standards. Our custom homes and renovations/additions are always exceptionally beautiful, well appointed, and extremely comfortable. We have been creating happy homeowners for nearly 20 years. We currently hold licenses for Maryland (MHIC #122463), District of Columbia (420313000109), and Virginia (Class A Contractor License Number 2705116376A).
Commercial Property
We manage all stages of each project. From the pre-design phase of a project through construction and delivery. We form alliances with investors, architects, structural engineers, and specialized trades people.
Electrical Services
In addition to real estate development, renovations, and design, we can also perform electrical services. With a Master Electrician on staff who holds licenses in both Maryland (11538) and Virginia (2710050403), we assure our customers our services adhere to applicable regulations and codes

Millennium Homes, Inc. was established in 1999 with the mission of developing extraordinary properties that equally served the interests of investors and consumers. All of our staff members have 15 to 35 years experience in the construction industry. Our projects vary from simple to simply spectacular. We specialize in custom homes, as well as commercial building, renovations/additions in residential homes, and condominiums. We pride our selves on our ability to form productive relationships with our clients. We build everything with honesty, integrity, and a solid commitment to quality. Our Pricing Policies
Fixed Price
A fixed price payment model is easy to understand:
- You describe what you want (a spec); Millennium Homes, Inc. will formulate a proposal.
- You sign the contract; Millennium Homes, Inc. will build according to the contract.
- When it comes to custom development – that is, building something that’s unique and 100% suited to your needs – a fixed price agreement will almost always cost more and give you less than you need.
Time and Materials - A Controlled Alternative
In Time and Materials agreements:
- Avoid the speculation of increased cost and time for hashing out infinite details of how the project will be completed,
- Reduce the risk of unmet expectations, and
- Give you the speed and agility to adjust to new information you learn as the project moves along.
The goal is to spend as little of your money as possible so that you can work with us to get what you want and adjust as the project progresses.
